These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of our website and all products and services we offer. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms should be read together with our Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

This website is operated by Eco Shop and Eco Lifestyle Store, both of which are retail brands of Hong Kong Eco Power Saving Limited.

· Eco Shop: Specialising in auto parts, automotive accessories, and solar-powered auto products.
· Eco Lifestyle Store: Specialising in home decor, souvenirs, and eco-friendly lifestyle goods.

Hong Kong Eco Power Saving Limited is a limited liability company registered in Hong Kong, committed to providing high-quality eco-friendly products to consumers.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to:

· Use this website only for lawful purposes;
· Not transmit any destructive code (including but not limited to viruses, worms, Trojan horses);
· Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website;
· Not interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of this website;

3. Product Information & Pricing

· We make every effort to ensure that product information displayed on our website (including descriptions, images, and specifications) is accurate, but we do not warrant that it is error-free.
· All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable taxes, but do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.
· We reserve the right to change product prices at any time, but orders already placed will not be affected by price changes.
· Auto Parts Compatibility: The compatibility of vehicle parts depends on the vehicle information you provide. We strongly recommend that you provide your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) before purchase to confirm compatibility. If you return an item due to incorrect information provided by you, you are entitled to return it under our Returns Policy, but a restocking fee may apply.
· Product Images: Product images are for reference only. Actual products may differ slightly from images, which does not constitute a product defect or grounds for return.
· Solar Product Performance: The charging efficiency and battery life of solar products are affected by weather, light intensity, installation position, and usage environment. Performance data provided by us is tested under standard laboratory conditions; actual performance may vary depending on usage conditions. This does not constitute a product defect or grounds for return.
· Handmade Items: Some home decor and souvenir items from Eco Lifestyle Store are handcrafted. Slight variations in size, colour shade, or handmade marks may occur. These characteristics do not constitute product defects but are part of the unique charm of handmade items.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

· After you submit an order on our website, we will send you an order confirmation email.
· Contract Formation: The sales contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
· We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
  · Insufficient stock;
  · Errors in price or product description;
  · Your payment is declined or shows signs of fraud;
  · You do not meet the eligibility requirements in these Terms;
  · You have previously abused our Returns Policy or violated these Terms.

5. Price & Payment

· All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and include applicable VAT.
· Payment can be made through payment methods we accept (including but not limited to credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay).
· We use secure third-party payment service providers to process your payment information; we do not store your complete payment card information.
· If your payment is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order.

6. Delivery & Dispatch

· We will arrange dispatch within the timeframes set out in our "Shipping Policy" after order confirmation.
· We use third-party carriers to deliver orders. Estimated delivery times are approximate and do not form part of the contract.
· If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (see Section 11 – Force Majeure), we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and minimise the impact.
· Risk Transfer: Risk of the products passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you.

7. Returns & Refunds

· Returns are governed by our "Returns & Refund Policy", which is incorporated into these Terms and forms part of them.
· For the avoidance of doubt:
  · Installed or used auto parts are not eligible for return;
  · Opened/used or installed solar products are not eligible for return (unless faulty);
  · Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return (unless faulty);
  · Opened/used home decor and souvenir items are not eligible for return (unless faulty).
· All returns must comply with our return process. Items returned without following the process may not be eligible for a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

· All content on this website (including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software) is the property of Hong Kong Eco Power Saving Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
· You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, or distribute any part of this website without our prior written consent.
· Eco Shop, Eco Lifestyle Store, and their logos are trademarks of Hong Kong Eco Power Saving Limited. You may not use our trademarks without our written permission.
